    Jacks Professional Schedule?

Anyone else using Jacks? During bloom and transition phase do you also include the Calcium Nitrate?

I got an answer to this so for the sake of sharking knowledge I will answer it.

Run both until about 10 days before harvest. Then drop the Calcium Nitrate.

My source is a chemist and engineer. His name is Fatman.

Horticulture grade fertilizer. Its the highest standard for your plants. Bascically instead of spending $500 on “nutrients” from companies you can spend pennies and not need to buy any additives. Jacks professional 5-12-26 combined with Jacks calcium nitrate 15.5-0-0 gives you everything Cannabis needs. (give or take depending on your water source) Im talking mixing batches for pennies. Faster than pouring the liquid nutrients too. Jacks also does fertilizer testing for your nutrient solution. I think of nutrient companies as those instant rice and instant food. Its way overpriced for the quality your getting.

You can buy 25lb bags for about $35. So an example is you use 2 tablespoons per gallon.

I jumped off the “nutrient” bandwagon recently after reading some comments online about not using bud boosters because 95% of them are just sulfur and magnesium. After digging around and visiting a LARGE scale commercial hydroponics farm. When I asked what nutrients they used I got laughed at. Jacks professional will give you a very close ratio to what cannabis requires and has everything in really nice amounts. Pot growers get ripped off by nutrient companies.

My Jacks arrived today. 5-12-26 15.5-0-0 Anyone else using Jacks? During bloom and transition phase do you also include the Calcium Nitrate?
