Basic / Breeders Info

Somango is a mostly indica variety from Soma Seeds and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of ±66 days ) and outdoors . Soma Seeds’ Somango is a THC dominant variety and is/was also available as feminized seeds.

Soma Seeds’ Somango Description

75% Indica / 25% Sativa
Flowering: 9-10 weeks
Minimum yield: 15-20 grams

Somango blends the multiple hybrid Jack Herer with Big Skunk Korean to form the fruitiest of all Soma`s strains. Previously known by Soma #5, this complex cross was renamed for its tropical mango aroma and flavor. Somango is optimal as a multiple branch plant, since its genetics encourage long side branches and a height on the taller side. A sea of green method can still be undertaken, but branching and height will need to be controlled. Soma prefers to grow on soil indoors with fully organic nutrients, but other media will also give satisfactory results. As it matures, the leaves shade to purple and the buds become covered in a carpet of crystals that makes fine finger hash. While a moderate yielder, Somango`s bud possesses sublime qualities. The fragrant and tasty Somango smoke delivers a buzz that is very uplifting and mentally stimulating in its effects. You can smoke this pot without turning into a remote control-wielding couch potato. Euphoric and alert, Somango is a good choice for shifting mental attitude and is a good companion to all of your favorite creative undertakings.

somango xxl

Description

A monster producing indica dominant hybrid with a delicious, tropical mango flavour. She is easy to grow, remains short and will flower in just 8-10 weeks. Perfect for beginners who enjoy a fruity, floral terpene profile and want prolific yields of high grade buds. Sublime flavours that taste through the roof once in extract form.

Genetics: Somango XXL Feminized was created by crossing the super tasty Somango, with hybrid Critical 47. The results are a floral hybrid, that expresses strong mango terps that can flower between 56-70 days depending on phenotype. This hybrid will offer the best of both worlds from huge harvests to fruity, mango aromas and flavours. Her resistance has been enhanced further, making her an excellent performer both indoors and outdoors.

Strain Characteristics: This lady is 75% indica, so will stay short, squat and bushy when growing. A very uniform strains that is ideal for Sea of Green. The 25% sativa will express itself by adding massive size to the buds during flowering, meaning she is the ultimate hybrid.

Yields can be expected to hit 550 – 650 g/m², making her a must have for beginner growers and commercial growers in search of a truly productive indica dominant hybrid.

Her THC levels will range from 16-21%, making her effect well balanced. A heavily resinous strain that makes superb extracts, that really brings out the extraordinary mango and floral flavours. She is easy to trim, producing chunky, compact colas that ooze resin, not stretching much once flowering begins. Once flowered, she will not stretch much and is very easy to maintain meaning she is a wise choice for first time growers.

Experiencing this strain: Despite Somango XXL Feminized being 75% indica dominant, her effects are actually very well balanced, without the typical effects associated with indica rich Cannabis. This makes her a great way to start the day, as her effects are upbeat and creative. Not sluggish or with any unwanted tiredness throughout the day, we recommend this hybrid for smokers who enjoy clarity, creativity and staying sharp, with a gentle physical effect.

Her flavours are a tropical salad consisting of fresh mango, floral and fruity sweetness. Perfect for a day at the beach, out in Nature or just chilling with friends at home. Medical patients may find this strain useful for relieving feelings of depression, nausea and sickness, improving motivation, clarity and increased energy levels.

What makes this strain so great: A fantastic producer that is easy to grow, highly resistant to all climates and produces terps reminiscent of a tropical fruit salad. A wonderfully delicious taste accompanied by an overwhelming feel good effect and creative spark. The best way to kick start your day a long side a fresh mango smoothie!
