Learn 3 different methods to make cannabis-infused chocolate-dipped strawberries in the comfort of your own kitchen. These are so simple & affordable to make you will never buy expensive store-bought berries again, there is also the added bonus of being able to add CBD or THC. These cannabis-infused chocolate-dipped strawberries are perfect for adult parties or for any romantic occasion.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Remove berries from the container & inspect for bad spots, bugs or flower petals. Remove anything you do not want to eat.

(I like to use cold berries right out of the fridge so the chocolate sets quickly. I DO NOT wash my berries because they need to be completely dry for the chocolate to stick on them or if water gets into the chocolate it will seize up & become unusable. This is also why I suggest using organic.)

Place the chocolate in a bowl fitted for a double boiler system or place a medium glass or metal bowl over a medium pot of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is almost completely melted. Remove from the heat when there are a few small pieces of unmelted chocolate. The residual heat will continue to melt the rest. DO NOT overheat the chocolate, you do not want it to be hot to the touch.

**THESE ARE THE FIRST 2 STEPS FOR EACH VERSION**

Once the chocolate has completely melted, add in the cannabis oil & stir very well until there are no visible oil streaks.

Gather the leaves around the stem & use it to hold the berry while dipping it. Dunk the berry into the chocolate, about three-quarters of the way to the top. Lift the berry above the bowl of chocolate & allow the excess the drip off for a few seconds. Drag one side of the berry along the edge of the bowl, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back in. Place this side on to the parchment paper.

(Option to sprinkle on toppings at this point, do this immediately after dipping each one before the chocolate sets. This could include sprinkles, toffee bits or chopped nuts.)

While the chocolate is setting on the berries, place the white chocolate into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second increments to ensure even melting & to prevent it from burning, this does not smell good!

Use a small spoon to drizzle thin lines of white chocolate onto the berries. Allow chocolate to set.

Consume immediately, later that day or store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

While the chocolate is melting. Place the distillate in its container into a small cup of warm water.

**Make sure the container of distillate is sealed properly**

Once the chocolate has completely melted, wipe the water off the container of distillate, (you don’t want the water to drip into the chocolate or it will seize), add the distillate to the melted chocolate, stir, stir & stir very well to make sure it is evenly mixed in.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries: Marijuana Recipes

By Cheri Sicard

Everyone always oohs and ahhs over Chocolate Covered Strawberries, but they aren’t difficult to make. The trick is to keep all water way from the melting chocolate, as even a single drop will make it “seize” and turn into a grainy mess. Likewise, wash then dry your strawberries well with paper towels before dipping.

Use decarboxylated Kief or Hash to medicate this recipe. Find more information on how to make and cook with kief and hash at this link.

A note about the Dosing on this recipe!

This recipe will have about 50 mg THC per serving IF you used decarboxylated average kief (40% THC). To adjust the dosage up or down for your personal needs, and to reflect the strength of the kief you are cooking with, be sure to take my FREE 10 minute online Dosing Class that will teach you how to do it, or use my handy dosage calculator tools that do all the math for you (see below).

How much do you estimate each final Strawberry is with 3 grams of kief?

No way to tell conclusively as I have no idea what you are cooking with. Kief has wide THC ranges. Dosing amounts in recipes must always be taken with a grain of salt and the cook needs to adjust according to the material they are cooking with and the use they intend for the food, and the tolerance level of the person consuming it. You can estimate however, this is something I cover extensively in my comprehensive cooking course for home cooks when it comes to kief and other concentrates.

My free dosing class will teach you how to do this with butter and oil, I go into more details on concentrates in the full course, but it is the same principles and formula, although the THC amounts will be different.
